April 13: Virtual Meeting | How To Stay Positive No Matter What

Join Mountain Youth and EVBH for this VIRTUAL mental health family educational session. Grab your family to listen in on this pre-dinner event with Dr. Paul Jenkins of Live On Purpose, and his Spanish speaking colleague Elias Hernandez, for a timely talk to learn proven positivity psychological skills for staying positive. Via a Zoom meeting link, participants will some skills on staying positive during these rough times.


Presenter: Dr Paul Jenkins joined us last year for an Eat, Chat, Parent. He is a speaker, psychologist and author who has been helping families for over 20 years. He uses a positive psychology process which empowers relationships and increases happiness and satisfaction.
