ANXIETY - LIVING WITH IT
This group is designed for adults struggling to manage anxiety. In this group, we will develop coping tools and strategies to manage anxiety, explore the role our thoughts play in creating and maintaining our own anxiety, and learn to process anxiety in a healthier way.

BRAIN INJURY SUPPORT GROUP - HEADS UP FOR HOPE (HUH)
It's the intention of the Heads Up for HOPE | HUH brain injury and caregivers support group to provide a safe, comfortable, 'trigger free' environment that allows for sharing of personal experiences related to members' injuries, treatments, obstacles, tools learned, educational materials and resources. Caregivers' support meetings are offered throughout the year. 

Yoga and meditation are provided before each member's meeting.

The group focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and encourages clients to identify and implement new coping strategies in daily practice.

EAGLE COUNTY CAREGIVER - MEMORY LOSS SUPPORT GROUP
This group focuses on the needs of the family caregiver for someone living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia. Caregivers take on tremendous responsibilities that can easily overwhelm them. During our meetings, we not only offer resources, we try to address the caregivers needs. You are not alone!

This adolescent and teen group will help manage tough emotions that sometimes take over or take charge. We will use DBT and mindfulness skills to learn about regulating emotions. It will be a skill-based group with weekly process time for support.

SEEKING SAFETY
Seeking Safety is an evidenced-based, present-focused counseling model to help people attain safety from trauma and/or substance abuse. It is an extremely safe model as is directly addresses both trauma and addiction, but without requiring clients to delve into the trauma.
