Mid-day (11am-3pm)
When life feels overwhelming, exhausting, and out of focus, it’s awful to comb through ad after ad wondering: Can I trust this person? Will they judge me? Is this person any good? Don’t worry- all of these thoughts are normal and I hope that we can create a space of non-judgement and trust to foster deep meaningful work together! I offer safe, confidential telehealth (video) therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or office. With over 7 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with first responders, medical professionals (doctors, RNs, therapists), LGBTQ+, depression, anxiety, high stress jobs, and the quarter-life crisis (yep, it’s literally a real thing). My therapeutic style is one of validation, normalization, and non-judgment. I offer a space for you to come and be as you are so we can work together to help you be your best self, living your best life.
On my days off I can be found biking through the mountains or snuggling with my certified therapy dog, Theodore Tater Tott III. Also, I'm a hardcore animal lover with a penchant for travel, most often to my hometown of Chicago. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and I hope to have the opportunity to learn more about you.
