Find a Therapist
This pandemic is exactly zero fun and I'm here to support members of our community who are feeling scared, anxious, depressed, socially isolated, or frustrated. If you're a medical professional or first responder on the front lines (thank you!), you're probably wondering how you can take care of others and still take care of yourself and your family. How do you show up for others when you are feeling tapped out, fear for your own safety, and that of your family? Self-care is important in times like these and having someone to talk to who understands all these stressors can help you cope during this difficult time. I am in network with Vail Health's EAP program, as well as Triad EAP.
As someone who lives and works in the Vail Valley, I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist. I offer safe, confidential telehealth (video) therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or office. With over 7 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with first responders, medical professionals (doctors, RNs, therapists), LGBTQ+, depression, anxiety, high stress jobs, and the quarter-life crisis (yep, it’s literally a real thing). My therapeutic style is one of validation, normalization, and non-judgment. I offer a space for you to come and be as you are so we can work together to help you be your best self, living your best life.
On my days off I can be found biking through the mountains or snuggling with my certified therapy dog, Theodore Tater Tott III. Also, I'm a hardcore animal lover with a penchant for travel, most often to my hometown of Chicago. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and I hope to have the opportunity to learn more about you.
