The Grief Recovery Handbook- The Action Program for Moving Beyond Death, Divorce, and Other Losses is used as the text for the Program. This 6-week program requires your willingness to read the Handbook and engage in homework assignments that lead to your recovery. This evidenced-based program works to help you start participating in your life again.
