Dr. Austin is a Licensed Psychologist with 15 years of clinical experience treating traumatic stress and wellness needs of executives, healthcare and helping professionals, law enforcement and public service personnel, and community members. Her warm, respectful, and direct approach focuses on empowering clients to take back their lives in meaningful ways. Dr. Austin is truly passionate about helping people improve their lives, job satisfaction and resiliency, and family relationships. Dr. Austin partners with her clients to ensure alignment of goals and effective treatment.
Earning her PhD in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in marriage and family issues, Dr. Austin's approach to mental wellness includes a focus on building healthy systems of support that sustain and refuel us. Whether you are facing work stress, relationship concerns, traumatic stress, parenting difficulties, or simply want to enhance your mental wellness, Dr. Austin can provide expert therapeutic support with individual therapy, couples counseling, or parenting support / coaching.
